The Cellar

The wines of Azienda Bruscia are the result of the grapes of San Costanzo (PU), located in the Marche region. As far as white wine is concerned, Bianchello (or Biancame) is the prevailing type of grape (and other local varieties in very small quantities: Malvasia, Famoso and Incrocio Bruni). While for red wine, the main type of grape is Sangiovese (and other local varieties in very small quantities: Montepulciano, Lacrima di Morro, Cabernet, Merlot and Centesimino). The 50 hectares of land, dedicated to wine production, are right in the very heart of the Marche region, 200 meters above sea level, with a south-east exposure. All the wines are born from the bond with the territory and the desire to produce unique wines. Hence the choice to be an organic farm, limiting environmental and groundwater pollution as much as possible.
The company, moreover, has an artisanal spirit in overseeing the products: the work of the wine artisan exudes the indissoluble bond between man and nature; however, making artisanal wines does not mean at all 50-year-old wines. On the contrary, the company has invested in the construction of a new wine cellar of over 800 square meters (on two floors, of which the basement), thus equipping itself with the most suitable and modern tools, and making use of the valuable advice of valid oenologists in their region, capable of interpreting at beast the grape varieties present and the viticulture in the Marche region.
The strong bond with the territory and the right balance between family tradition and the most recent production techniques, allow Bruscia wines to be distinguishable, unique and particularly appreciable!
