Ruby-red and intense deep colour; This wine has intense and persistent aromas of small red fruits from the wood, a little bit of humus, of leather and vegetation; Its tannins are neither dry nor astringent but silky and dense; This wine is suitable for a long refinement in bottle; Good volume and consistency on the palate, it is full bodied, well structured and elegant.

Vinification
A
selection of the grapes is made during the harvesting and subsequently
in the wine cellar by the vibrating selection-table and the sorting
table, the pigeage is used as well, long maceration of more than twenty
days. Vinification and fermentation at a controlled temperature in
stainless steel tanks and refinement in bottle.
