ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
|
Deep yellow straw colour, with still greenish nuances;
Fruity notes of ripe peach, apricot and exotic fruits prevail on the nose;
Warm, round taste on the palate, it is still fresh, pleasant and fine;
Good volume, this wine is not bitter nor dry in the aftertaste but it is gifted of a good balance and elegance.

Soft
pressing of the whole grape; cold static decanting of the must at
a low temperature. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in
stainless steel tanks and refinement “sur lies” method for 6-8 months.
Refinement in bottle for further 6 months. |
