Organic wine
Organic viticulture uses only fertilizers and organic manure (such as dung, copper, sulphur) that can enrich the soil without destabilizing the activities of the microorganisms, which carry the necessary mineral salts to the plants.
Respecting the nature and the human kind, by choosing this agricultural practice, the risks of pollution of the war layers caused by the dispersion of dangerous matters such as weed-killers or chemical pesticides are eliminated, as well as the assumption of agricultural products of harmful components, during the cultivation or the product consumption.
Once in the wine cellar, the grapes from organic cultivation undergo a vinification process through natural fermentation and the human intervention is limited only to the upkeep of the highest quality of the organoleptic features without adding any substances not belonging to the original must.
Thanks to organic viticulture all types of the finest wines can be obtained: white, red and rosé.
