 At Bruscia Farm we believe in organic agriculture so to respect nature and to avoid polluting the environment. We take care in cultivating the vines and carefully carrying out the pruning of vegetation to control and eliminate excess bunches because for us quality always comes before quantity!
We collect the grapes by hand, at different stages, in order to reach the right state of ripening. Freshly picked, the grapes are processed immediately into the Bruscia winery, using modern techniques of vinification and advanced technologies.
The wines produced are aged in oak barrels and steel barrels and maturation occurs in a thermo-controlled space, away from light, noise and vibration. The wines are then bottled within our wine-cellar.
